Vanitech ("Vanitech", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our mobile game, Global Factory ("the App" or "the Game").

This policy applies only to Global Factory. It does not apply to other Vanitech apps, games, websites, or services unless they link to this policy.

Global Factory uses Google AdMob to show ads.

The Game may offer optional rewarded ads. You may choose to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for in-game rewards, such as:

Rewarded ads are optional. You can continue playing the Game without watching rewarded ads.

Rewards are granted only after the ad provider confirms that the rewarded ad was completed or that the reward was earned. If an ad fails, is unavailable, or is closed before completion, the reward may not be granted.

5. Google AdMob and Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdMob to provide advertising in the Game. Google AdMob may collect and process information from your device to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and personalize ads where permitted.

If you make a purchase, payment is handled by the app store provider, such as Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive purchase confirmation data, such as product ID, transaction status, purchase time, and receipt information, to deliver purchased items and prevent fraud.

10. Children's Privacy

Global Factory is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

If Global Factory is later made available as a child-directed or family app, this policy and the Game's advertising settings will be updated to meet applicable child privacy and advertising requirements.

Local gameplay data may remain on your device until you delete the App or clear app data.

Support emails and related communications may be kept for a reasonable period so we can respond to requests, maintain records, and improve the Game.
